Brad Baker has been promoted to Senior Director Field Implementation at Walmart Canada. Brad has over 15 years of retail experience across Canada. He started with Walmart in 1997 in store operations in New Brunswick. He then moved through a series of progressively senior roles, including Store Manager, District Manager, Director of Operations for Western Canada, and Senior Director of Loss Prevention, Aviation and Business Continuity, before assuming his current position in August of 2015. In 2011, Brad was appointed to an international integration team, which was formed subsequent to Wal-Mart Stores’ investment in South African based Massmart Holdings, charged with overseeing the implementation of operational best practices in the African market. Brad has also had the opportunity to work in the UK, Argentina and the US.
