Nils Montan is the president of the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC), the Washington, DC-based nonprofit association dedicated to protecting intellectual property and deterring counterfeiting. A seasoned intellectual property and trademark veteran, Montan was formerly vice president of senior intellectual property counsel at Warner Bros. He also practiced intellectual property law for firms in Los Angeles and Washington, DC.
