‘Frequent Flyer’ Nabbed for Shoplifting

The store slogan “Expect Great Things” didn’t come to pass Tuesday afternoon for a Massachusetts woman, who police say was busted yet again for shoplifting in Kohl’s.

Police say 37-year-old Nichole Kimberly Ennis, 11 Harbor Villa Ave., admitted to stealing $180-worth of shoes, jewelry and shorts from the Taunton store, located in Taunton Depot Shopping Center.

The store’s loss prevention officer told police she had observed Ennis move from department to department, during which time she placed items in her purse and pocket. Ennis allegedly paid for a pair of overalls but not the merchandise in her purse before walking into the store’s parking lot. Police say a subsequent background check revealed that Ennis had previously been caught shoplifting in other Kohl’s stores, including twice in Stoughton and once in Pembroke… Taunton Daily Gazette
