JVCKENWOOD Announces Nationwide NEXEDGE System Interactive Map for Wireless Network

JVCKENWOOD has launched an interactive, searchable web site for the local and regional NEXEDGE digital SMR systems across the United States. Site visitors can search by zip code or state and immediately access the contact information for NEXEDGE dealers in that geographic area. A unique feature of NEXEDGE technology is how easily operators can dynamically connect their individual systems in partnership with each other, offering coverage across multiple states and competitive pricing plans, facilitating access to services not available through other local and regional digital radio systems. The NEXEDGE SMR online map currently features more than 1,100 sites and 3,500 NEXEDGE channels on over 100 private systems and will be updated as more sites are added.

“The extensive NEXEDGE coverage KENWOOD dealers offer makes it easier than ever for enterprise customers to seamlessly coordinate their business across multiple states, creating a collaborative and connected workforce. They can rely on supremely reliable KENWOOD NEXEDGE radios, purpose-built for business use, and select from multiple apps for messaging, location and more. Plus, they have access to a wireless communications expert, their local KENWOOD authorized dealer,” said David Weber, national SMR channel m anager, JVCKENWOOD USA Corp. “NEXEDGE SMR customers benefit from built-in scalability and predictable costs, the security of a digital system and enhanced coverage. Many companies are discontinuing their use of smart phones in favor of NEXEDGE on a robust digital network that has been proven, over and over, to continue to operate, even during natural disasters and other incidents that can compromise consumer communications devices operating on public networks.”
