Debra Martin Promoted to Senior Director Loss Prevention at The Fresh Market

Debra Martin has been promoted to Senior Director Loss Prevention at The Fresh Market. She was most recently Director of Loss Prevention at The Fresh Market, a position she held since joining the company in January 2016. Debra was formerly the Director of Asset Protection – Safety and Compliance at Harris Teeter. She has held a number of leadership positions over the course of her career, to include Senior Director of Global Security Operations, Interim VP of Global Security Operations, and Divisional Asset Protection Director for Walmart, VP of Asset Protection, Risk, & Safety for Raley’s, VP of Loss Prevention and Safety for The Home World – China, VP of Loss Prevention for Winn-Dixie, Corporate Loss Prevention Manager for Kirkland’s, and Regional Loss Prevention Manager for Value City Department Stores.

Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, The Fresh Market, Inc. operates as a specialty grocery retailer offering various food products as well as beer and wine, and health and beauty products. As of September 2015, it operated 177 stores in 27 states.
